Where to find Club VIP
Open Club VIP in the main site’s menu. During review, the panel displayed the account’s current VIP level, an Upgrade control, and a Level Up Requirements section. Individual level cards showed progress against the requirements for the next tiers.
The figures in an account’s panel are specific to that account and the current program. Use the live panel to check your own progress. A screenshot or an example from someone else’s account may not show the conditions that apply to yours.
Two requirements to read together
The reviewed panel showed Total deposit and Total bet, with a message that all conditions must be fulfilled to level up. Read both measures. Progress in one does not establish that the other has been completed.
The target and the recorded progress are different numbers. Check which figure is the requirement, which is your progress, and which level each card refers to. If the panel’s calculation is unclear, ask Live Support how the current program counts eligible activity and when the displayed information updates.
Separate level progress from benefits
A tier label and a progress bar describe a part of the program. Any bonus or other benefit can have its own conditions. Check the current VIP information and the relevant activity details for eligibility, timing, claim instructions, and restrictions.
Useful questions include:
- Which level does the benefit apply to?
- Is it automatically credited or does the current offer require a claim?
- Which activity counts toward the requirement?
- Are there game restrictions or wagering conditions?
- Is there a deadline or a limit on participation?

Keep your budget separate from a tier
A progress bar can create pressure to keep going. Decide what you can afford before considering a level, and keep the same limit if you are close to a threshold. Additional deposits or bets carry financial risk even when they also affect displayed progress.
Use the responsible gambling resources if you find yourself spending more to reach a badge or recovering losses through further play. You can take a break without completing a level.
